Our 2-week taster course is the perfect way to dip your toes into the world of martial arts – no experience needed, and no pressure to continue after if it’s not for you (but we think you’ll love it!).

 

What to Expect:

✅ Friendly, supportive classes for total beginners
✅ Learn real self-defence and kickboxing techniques
✅ Improve your fitness, focus, and mindset
✅ All women – all ages – all welcome
✅ No need to be “fit” to start – just come as you are!

 

When? Where?:

📍 Location: Farnham Heath End School
🕢 Class Times: Wednesdays & Fridays | 7:30 PM – 8:15 PM
📆 Start Anytime: Flexible start – begin when it suits you!

 

Two Training Options:

🌟 Leisure Path: Train just for fun and fitness – no gradings.
💪 Challenge Path: Take it to the next level – track progress and earn belts!
(Or mix and match – the choice is yours.)

 

Cost:

💰 £39 for 2 full weeks (4 classes total)
