December can be busy, but it’s the perfect time to do something just for you.
Our December Flex Taster Pass is designed for women who want to try kickboxing and self-defence in a friendly, supportive environment — without committing to a full course.

This flexible mini-taster gives you confidence and momentum before the New Year, so you start January already ahead, ready to continue and build strength for 2026.


 

Your December Flex Taster Pass Gives You:

 

🥊 3 beginner kickboxing/self-defence classes
🗓  Use them flexibly on any Wednesday or Friday before Christmas
⏰ Class time: 7:30pm – 8:15pm

What Happens After You Book?

 

1. Pop-up registration form — please complete it so we can welcome you properly

2. Receive a confirmation email

3. Access our class timetable (we’ll send you the details to download our app so you can book your classes)

4. Use your pass for any 3 Wednesday/Friday classes in December

5. Arrive a few minutes early — we’ll welcome you and guide you through everything

6. No experience needed — we look after you from the start

FAQ — December Flex Taster Pass

 

Q: Do I need to be fit or have any experience?
A: Not at all! These classes are beginner-friendly and designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. You’ll be supported every step of the way by our experienced and friendly female black belt instructor, Nathalie.

Q: What age is suitable for the class?
A: Our classes are perfect for women aged 15–65, and younger girls 10+ are welcome if they attend with a mum, adult sister, auntie, or other responsible adult.

Q: What if I can’t make all 3 classes?
A: No problem! You can use your 3 classes flexibly on any Wednesday or Friday before Christmas.
If you can’t make all 3 before Christmas, don’t worry — we’ll extend it into January if that helps.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Q: Can I continue in January?
A: Yes! If you enjoy your December pass, you’ll unlock a special January membership offer — perfect to continue your journey with momentum.

Q: I’m anxious about starting ....
A: Everyone feels a little nervous at first. Call Nathalie on 07796 693130 — she will help you feel comfortable, explain everything, and guide you through your first class.

Q: Is it women-only?
A: Yes, all classes are exclusively for women, in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
