Start your journey in a friendly ladies-only environment

Looking for a fun, supportive way to build confidence, strength, and fitness? Our New Starter Path is perfect for complete beginners — taught by a female instructor at Farnham Heath End School.


What’s included:

  • 1 FREE kickboxing/self-defence class to try

  • 5 flexible sessions to use when convenient (we recommend taking them close together for the best results)

  • Hands protectives included

  • Supportive, empowering community of women

  • Wednesdays & Fridays, 7:30 PM

  • £59 for the full New Starter Path


How it works:

Option 1 – Book your free taster class first:

  • Experience the class, meet your instructor, and get a feel for the supportive atmosphere.

  • After the class, if you love it, you can pay for the full New Starter Path (5 sessions + hands protectives).

  • Total sessions: 6 (1 free taster + 5 sessions)

Option 2 – Join straight away:

  • Skip the free class and go straight for the full New Starter Path. Bonus: You’ll get 7 sessions total — 6 flexible sessions + 1 bonus class!Includes hands protectives.

FAQs:

Q: Do I need to be fit or have any experience?
A: Not at all! These classes are beginner-friendly and designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. You’ll be supported every step of the way by our experienced and friendly female black belt instructor, Nathalie.

Q: What age is suitable for the class?
A: Our classes are perfect for women aged 15–65, and younger girls 12+ are welcome if they attend with a mum, adult sister, auntie, or other responsible adult.

Q: I can’t make both Wednesday & Friday — can I still join?
A: Yes! Your flexible sessions can be used whenever it suits you — we just recommend spacing them close together for the best results.

Q: I am anxious about starting...
A: Everyone feels a little nervous at first. Call Nathalie on 07796 693130 — she will help you feel comfortable, explain everything, and guide you through your first class.

Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Just wear comfy clothes! Your own Hands protectives are included if you continue with the New Starter Path.

Q: Can I join straight away without the free class?
A: Absolutely! You can book and pay online to start your full New Starter Path immediately, and get 7 sessions total as a bonus.

Q: What happens after I book My Free Class?
A: We’ll be in touch to welcome you and we will send you an email with all information you need to know (where to find us in the school etc)

Q: What happens after I buy My New Starter Path?
A: Once you’ve completed your payment, a new tab will open with a short registration form – please take a moment to fill it in. After that, we’ll be in touch to welcome you personally and arrange your start date! If you don’t see the form pop up, check your browser settings or get in touch and we’ll send it directly.

     1. Pop-up registration form — please complete it so we can welcome you properly

     2. Receive a confirmation email

     3. Access our class timetable (we’ll send you the details to download our app so you can book your classes)

     4. Use your pass for any Wednesday/Friday 7.30pm classes

     5. Arrive a few minutes early — we’ll welcome you and guide you through everything

     6. No experience needed — we look after you from the start
