This free session is perfect if you:

Women aged 15 to 60+ are welcome.
No experience needed.
No fitness level required.
No pressure.

🥊 What Happens During the Taster?
This is a beginners session, so everyone attending is new.
You'll enjoy:
• A gentle warm-up
• Simple kickboxing and self-defence techniques
• Clear guidance throughout
• A relaxed, supportive atmosphere
• Plenty of opportunities to ask questions
You'll work entirely at your own pace and you're always welcome to take a break whenever you need one.
🌱 What Happens After the Taster?
If you enjoy the taster, we'll talk you through the different ways you can continue training with us. Some ladies choose our New Starter Path as a gentle way to build confidence and establish a routine, while others feel ready to move straight into membership.

New Starter Path:
This short beginners programme is designed to help you build confidence, learn the fundamentals and settle comfortably into training.
It includes:
✅ 4 flexible training sessions
✅ Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30pm
✅ Hand protectors included
✅ Friendly coaching and support
✅ Training alongside other beginners and supportive members
💷 Investment: £59
There is absolutely no obligation to continue after the taster.
We'll simply explain your options and let you decide what's right for you.

Starting something new can feel intimidating.
That's why we created the New Starter Path.
It gives you a chance to experience regular training, build confidence, learn the basics and see how martial arts fits into your life.
Over a few weeks, you'll have time to get comfortable, establish a routine, meet the other ladies and decide whether training with us is right for you.
