The New Starter Path is our gentle beginners kickboxing & self-defence programme designed especially for women who are starting from scratch — or starting again.

Your journey begins with a free beginners taster class, followed by a short, structured pathway if you decide you’d like to continue.

This session is perfect if you:
are brand new to kickboxing or martial arts
haven’t trained in years and want a gentle restart
want to build confidence, fitness and strength
prefer a welcoming, non‑intimidating space
No experience. No pressure. No fitness level required.

🥊 What happens in the taster class?
This is a beginners‑only class — everyone is new, just like you.
You can expect:
a gentle warm‑up (nothing intense)
simple kickboxing & self‑defence techniques
clear explanations and guidance throughout
a relaxed, friendly atmosphere
You’ll train at your own pace and you’re always encouraged to take breaks.
🌱 What is the New Starter Path?
If you enjoy the free taster and would like to continue, you’ll be invited to join our New Starter Path.
This is our supported beginners programme and includes:
5 flexible training sessions (Wednesdays & Fridays, 7:30pm)
Hand protectives included
guidance as you build confidence and technique
training alongside other beginners and supportive members

We’ll set this up straight after your taster class if you’d like to continue — it’s quick and easy.
