I completed a months course in Pil Sung Do with Natalie after wanting to do a martial art for years. She made me feel welcome, included and that I was able to adapt to achieve the movements necessary to achieve what was taught.

Over the four weeks, I felt a huge sense of achievement and determination to continue the training, despite having some difficulties with mobility. Natalie is clearly highly skilled in her craft and willing and patient enough to teach all levels. She is passionate about this martial art and has a wealth of knowledge to learn from.

Highly recommend trying this, no matter, you age, size or ability/inability. You will definitely feel a sense of positivity, motivation and drive to learn a powerful set of skills and abilities.

Nathalie is an amazing instructor and is extremely knowledgeable, she makes the workouts challenging but fun! I started with Pil Sung Do as a 6 week course earlier in the year and joined as a member shortly after. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

The best thing I've done in a long time was joining the 4 week introductory course with Natalie. And even when I told her I have parkinson's she has been supportive and motivating. The classes are fun but also a decent workout. I am stronger and fitter than I've ever been.

Highly recommend trying this out. I get a real sense of achievement and come away on a high every time I do this. Helps having an amazing instructor. Don't worry if you're not fit or thin or worry about your age, everyone is made to feel welcome and is praised for every achievement. This is an amazing activity for both mind and body.

Pil Sung Do is a fantastic all round health boost, both for body and mind. I tried it out as I wanted to improve my fitness and strength, and 2 months in, I can honestly say it has done that, and more. The trainer is very encouraging, whilst also pushing you to do your best, and it's also fun! I would definitely recommend giving it a go.

Get fit, feel confident, learn a lot.
Challenge yourself. I keep wanting to go back to find out more.
This is such a good workout, and I wouldn’t feel so vulnerable in the dark on my own.
Highly recommend give it a go. You can just try a taster with no commitment.

I joined the class last September when my health and fitness was not the greatest. Each week I see improvements in my health, core and wellbeing. Nathalie is a wonderful instructor and the ladies are a wonderful bunch. Such supportive class where everyone comes together to support each other of all ages and physical abilities. I've never been in a class where everyone celebrates everyone's achievements in every session.

I would encourage all women out there, who would like to work on their health and wellbeing in a fun supportive environment to come and join us, it really is such fun.
