You don't have to be sporty to start.
Most women who walk through our doors don’t see themselves as “martial arts people.”
They simply want to feel stronger, fitter or more confident — and aren’t quite sure where to begin.
That’s exactly why we created the New Starter Path.
A structured, supportive introduction to women’s kickboxing and practical self-defence in Farnham — designed to help you build foundations, feel comfortable and grow in confidence from your very first session.
